Valvoline facility planned in Mesa

A vehicle service and repair facility is to be constructed in Mesa west of Signal Butte Road on the south side of Guadalupe Road.

Slate gray metal wall panel, matte black metal canopy and coping, an Amarillo white exterior finish, custom cast stone slate, stacked stone veneer, and red bollards/guard posts to protect the structure are planned, according to a color and materials chart shown at the Feb. 9 Zoom meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.

Hayley Bancroft of GreenbergFarrow is the applicant and Tina Kelty of KEMF GB PAD LLC is the owner.
