35-acre industrial development planned at Ray, Ellsworth

Six industrial multi-tenant buildings of more than 509,932 square feet are planned north of Ray Road and west of Ellsworth Road in Mesa.

A site plan review and special-use permit for the 35.2-acre development was recommended for approval by the city’s Planning and Zoning Board March 24 as part of a consent agenda with other items. The Mesa City Council will make the final decision at a future meeting.

Ryan Cos. US Inc. is the applicant. Prairie Dog Investments III LLC is the owner.
