Despite the chaos of the pandemic and the subsequent economic uncertainty that ensued, many property markets experienced only a temporary dip in transactions followed by a boom in buyer demand – and Arizona has been no exception.
In fact, according to a 2020 market watch report by ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service), homes in Maricopa County, AZ, were spending an average of just 24 days on the market – almost 18% less year-on-year from the covid-free conditions of 2019.
