Construction begins on new Gatorade warehouse in Tolleson

Phoenix-based developer Merit Partners is beginning construction on a 750,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center for Gatorade in Tolleson, which will more than double the company’s presence in the area.

The project is part of the Tolleson Corporate Park near 75th Avenue and Buckeye Road. In total, the park will consist of 2.4 million square feet in five buildings once the Gatorade warehouse is complete. The project is expected to be completed in October.
