Gilbert considers rezoning at Morrison Ranch

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Gilbert Town Council will consider rezoning land at Power Road and Elliot Road for a potential commercial development.

The council is being asked to rezone 8.6 acres from a business park designation to an industrial category at its March 30 meeting.

Phoenix-based commercial development firm Kaidence Group and property owner MBR Land I have requested the zoning change.

The change will make for a contiguous 14 acre site with the same zoning for a planned development.

The parcels are the northwest corner of the 376-acre Morrison Ranch Business Center area.
