Homebuilder Cavco buys building

Cavco Industries Inc. announced plans to add 200 jobs after the company bought a 118,000 square-foot building in Glendale. (CAVCO INDUSTRIES INC.)

Phoenix-based manufactured home builder Cavco Industries Inc. announced plans to add 200 jobs after the company bought a 118,000-square-foot building in Glendale.


Cavco designs and produces factory-built housing products primarily distributed through a network of independent and company-owned retailers. The company manufactures park model and RV homes.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company will use its Glendale location to increase production capacity of park models, cabins and cottages.
