Homes planned near Peoria, Surprise, Sun City West

Up to 440 new home lots are planned for about 163 acres near the alignments of 115th Avenue and Williams Drive in Maricopa County near the borders of Peoria, Surprise and Sun City West.

Home sites are planned with desert views of the adjacent Agua Fria River, with open space strategically located to create visual corridors to the river from inside the community, according to documents.

Maricopa County planning will hold a meeting 10:30 a.m. March 2 to review the project application. There will be public hearings for this project but none are scheduled yet.
