Lennar Corp. is expanding its use of a new “multigenerational” home concept in the Valley after meeting with a good response.
With recent groundbreakings of its Next Gen in Gold Canyon and Buckeye and a planned move into Surprise, the Florida-based Lennar is rolling out the homes in the fast-growing Phoenix market.
“We are unaware of anywhere else in the country where this home style is being built,’ said Alan Jones, Division President of Lennar. ‘With the realities of home-schooling, working from home and having grandparents living in the family residence now, coupled with the explosion in popularity of RVs, this project was definitely accelerated due to what’s happening in the world today.”
