The developers of Sundance Ridge Estates are partnering with local home builder A.F. Sterling Homes to bring five new floor plan designs to a new gated community overlooking the Santa Catalina Mountains and Cañada del Oro river valley in Tucson
Sundance Ridge offers one-acre luxury home sites at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Only six home sites are still available in phase one of the luxury residential development. There are 1.25-acre plus-size home sites available.
Sundance Ridge is part of the Cañada Del Oro Ranch and is carved from the old ranch’s lands and sits at 3,450 feet in elevation. That orders cooler summer temperatures.
The ranch has storied ownership history and is now being offered by Canada Partners LP to luxury Sundance Ridge is limited to 95 very exclusive, large estate lots.
