ToyBarn development proposed in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Development plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for private storage condos at the Scottsdale Airpark.

The units are focused on storing vehicles.

The ToyBarn Scottsdale is proposed by Scottsdale TB II LLC (Paul Philips, Jason Phillips) for 3.82 acres at 73rd Street and Helm Drive.

That is near Scottsdale Road and Acoma Drive in the Scottsdale Airpark area.

The property is currently vacant and zoned for industrial use — which allows for the storage facility.

Plans call for three single-story buildings totaling +81,000 s.f. for private storage condos as well as a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse amenity.
