LevRose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has released the top 5 completed transactions of the first quarter of 2021

Zak Kottler, Joe Cosgrove, Hunter Chasse, and Aaron Cook of LevRose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale of 8742 E. Via de Commercio in Scottsdale. Totaling 11,787 square feet, the office building was sold by Canyon Capital X, LLC for $3,900,000 in late March and purchased by Zacapa XO, LLC.

Representing both buyer and seller, Zak Kottler, Joe Cosgrove, Hunter Chasse, and Aaron Cook of LevRose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale of 7001 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. This retail space of 14,145 square feet was sold by CC Patio, LLC and purchased by TTZ Holdings, LLC for $3,100,000.00 in January.

Zak Kottler, Joe Cosgrove, Hunter Chasse, and Aaron Cook of LevRose/TCN Worldwide negotiated the lease of 15950 N. 76th Street, Suite #200 in Scottsdale, Arizona. With 19,023 square feet of office space, this deal was completed in February.

The sale of 4221 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona was facilitated by Jason Reddington and Keri Davies of LevRose/TCN Worldwide who represented the Buyer this February. This property contained 2 buildings totaling 18,230 square feet and also 1.28 AC of land. The property was sold by Thomas-Edgemont Properties to 4221 Thomas, LLC for $2,500,000.00.

Aaron Norwood of LevRose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale of 1520-1530 E. Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Sold by F&G Investments, LLC and purchased by DFP Properties, LLC for $1,705,000.00, this retail space totals 6,186 square feet and serves as an automotive dealership for an expanding Arizona dealer.
