Prescott, Arizona-based builder Mandalay Homes has partnered with Mosaic, a construction technology company, to manage new-home construction at two of its communities—Jasper by Mandalay Homes, a 1,200-acre master-planned community in Prescott Valley, Arizona, and Adora at Timber Sky, a 35-home neighborhood at the Timber Sky master-planned community by Vintage Partners in Flagstaff, Arizona.

As general contractor at both communities, as well as architect at Adora at Timber Sky, Mosaic will utilize its construction software to standardize and value-engineer the community’s home building processes and design objectives at scale. These include the builder’s high existing standards for energy-efficient construction, including energy conservation, sustainability, and indoor air quality.

“Mandalay was approaching the limits of building materials and product innovation, and we’ve been searching for a company like Mosaic to catalyze the next step,” says Dave Everson, owner and founder of Mandalay Homes. “Mosaic has reduced our framing time, increased our control over the construction process, and has operated with admirable attention to quality.”
