Three new home series including Montego Classic, Montego Estate and Alicante Reserve are available. Montego Classic & Estate are LiVE.NOW communities which feature a simple buying process with clear pricing and no surprises. Three-car garages are also an option on select homesites. Alicante Reserve is a Design Collections community which allows customers to personalize their home to fit their lifestyle. Alicante offers RV garages and parking on select homesites as well as indoor/outdoor living upgrades. Montego at Sedella starts from the low-$300s and Alicante at Sedella starts from the mid-$400s. These three series offer 17 floorplans in total, ranging from 1,296 to 3,428 square feet.
