Phoenix explores deal for garage condos

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The city of Phoenix is considering leasing city land for a garage condo project.

TB North LLC wants to lease city land on Cave Creek Road near Black Mountain Parkway for a garage condo complex. The northeast Phoenix land is vacant. The city owns the land for a potential future water plant.

Jason Phillips, Paul Phillips and James Lentine are listed as the managers of TB North, according to Arizona Corporation Commission filings.

The group would pay the city $27,515 for a one-year lease for a 2.4-acre parcel, according to council documents.

The Phoenix City Council will take a look at the proposal during its May 5 meeting.
