Valley’s biggest industrial developer busier than ever

Across the Valley, Phoenix-based developer Merit Partners has about 4.5 million square feet of industrial projects under construction, following several years of being the area’s most active industrial developer.

“We’ve been very busy even before Covid, but what has happened really accelerated what had been happening in industrial and e-commerce,” Kevin Czerwinski, principal and president of Merit said. “There is activity like we’ve never seen in the past.”
