ECONOMIC IMPACT PROJECT OF THE YEAR: Novus Innovation Corridor – Phase III
Novus Innovation Corridor – Phase III generated an economic impact of $277.8 million in 2020. At completion, Novus will house more than 4.5 million square feet of class A offices, over 4,100 planned residences, more than 1,000 hotel rooms and over 275,000 square feet of retail stores, restaurants and entertainment across 355 acres.
Novus Innovation Corridor is a public-private partnership between Arizona State University and award-winning master developer Catellus Development Corporation.
