Construction begins on 480,000 square feet of industrial in Phoenix

Phoenix-based developer Merit Partners selected Stevens-Leinweber Construction as the general contractor and begun construction on the second building at the Phoenix Logistics Center.

The project, near 91st Avenue and Buckeye, will total 481,600 square feet and is being built on a speculative basis. The first building in the Phoenix Logistics Center is 288,872 square feet and is fully leased. Construction on the second building is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2021.
