Fulton Homes, Arizona’s largest family-owned and -operated homebuilder, and CCMC, a large-scale master-planned community management expert, are pleased to announce an ongoing partnership for the two companies.
As large swaths of land are acquired in hopes of large-scale residential development in the Phoenix market, both companies—which specialize in 500+ home communities and the security and amenities that come with them—recognized the importance of announcing the partnership, displaying continued expertise in an extremely competitive environment for homebuyers and homebuilders.
“We are thrilled to partner with a company that values the same things we do—great interpersonal communication, quality community engagement and community-by-community tailored service,” said Fulton Homes CEO Doug Fulton. “Our homebuyers are the ones who benefit the most from this partnership.”
“It’s part of our philosophy that communities are elevated not by great design, but by becoming superb through quality amenities and engagement in social activities with their neighbors,” said CCMC Division President Delores Ferguson. “Our Fulton Homes partnership will continue to push this to the forefront of each community we work on together.”
The entire team at the Scottsdale-based CCMC does not limit their engagement as management to when a community opens. Consulting, executive and design teams are involved at the earliest stages of development, which includes helping to design the amenity-rich communities, as well as being involved with the security implementation.
The recently announced 1,700-home master-planned community Barney Farms—featuring a 22 acre deep-water lake with catch-and-release fishing and small boating launches—required CCMC’s team to help advise on HOA amenity usage policies: use of the lake, community pools, and other amenities.
While many communities do not offer on-site coordination, this partnership makes it quite central to the overall affiliation. Dedicated, on-site community managers at each community are available for residents to engage with during regular and unique office hours. They offer a level of service and resolution—uncommon in the industry. The on-site management, as well as the organized activities for residents, creates a level of engagement for the residents that stands out to prospective homebuyers and current residents.
“We saw a strong, local partner in CCMC and a way to elevate human connectivity within the communities we build,” said Fulton Homes Controller Tom Abraham. “They have helped us become better homebuilders.”
