Ghost Hollow plat advances in Casa Grande

CASA GRANDE — Despite building and drainage concerns from some residents, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a request by EPS Group for a preliminary plat for Phase 2 of Ghost Hollow Estates.

Phase 2, 130 lots, is west of Pinal Avenue and north of Ghost Hollow Road. The area received preliminary plat approval in May 2006. However, the original preplat has since expired.

According to the agenda, following the original preplat, Phase 1 was final platted and partially developed while Phase 2 was left underdeveloped.
