Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or “the Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today final home opportunities in three premier Arizona communities: Farmstead at Harvest in Queen Creek, Sundance in Buckeye and Olive Grove in Peoria.

“The communities of Farmstead, Sundance and Olive Grove have enjoyed tremendous sales success. We’ve experienced incredible demand at these communities where buyers are putting down roots and growing their family,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes’ Arizona Division. “The unique floorplan designs each offer incredible livability for today’s buyer at attainable price points.”

Farmstead at Harvest consists of 90 single-family homes in four different floor plans that offer four to five bedrooms, and range from 1,939 square feet to 2,768 square feet. Prices begin in the low $400k’s. Located in the southeast corner of Signal Butte and Riggs Road in Queen Creek, the master planned community will include resort-style amenities, including a 7-acre park with a 15-acre lake, 45 acres of open space, permanent trails, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, play pool and a gathering pavilion for the community.
