Donald Diamond estate: Highest residential sale in Tucson’s Catalina Foothills in 14 years

The Spanish Colonial Tucson estate of the late Donald R. Diamond and Joan B. Diamond sold for $3.72 million — the highest residential sale in the Santa Catalina Foothills since 2007.

The deal closed on May 28, selling above the list price of $3.65 million, said Bryan Durkin, agent for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the family in the sale.
