Eloy selling parcels for housing development

ELOY – The city is looking for interest from the development community to purchase 21 Toltec area lots in bulk for construction of single-family homes.

According to community development director Jon Vlaming there are minimal utilities in that area but there is potential to bring them in.

“We’re not looking to just dispose of the lots,” Vlaming said during Monday’s Eloy City Council meeting. “This is an opportunity to dispose of the lots and to let the development community take advantage of what is a robust single-family development market right now.”
