Gilbert Town Hall closed Monday for $17.85 million in renovations, and will reopen next summer.

Gilbert Municipal Building I, or Gilbert Town Hall, 50 E. Civic Center Drive, hasn’t had substantial renovations since opening in 1992.

Town Council meetings will be held at the new public safety training facility while other departments will shuffle to various municipal buildings.
