Major employer coming to state land in Pinal County?

By Rose Law Group Staff Reporter

Breaking News…. Pinal County is about to see something big….

The Arizona State Land Dept is auctioning off 11,700 acres of land directly adjacent to the Superstition Mountains and the US60 in Gold Canyon for an employment related use. As is required, the State Land Department has sent public notice to the Peralta Canyon and Peralta Trails community for a July 1st neighborhood meeting.

They are proposing to rezone the property to Employment zoning. Everyone who knows anything about this user is under a Non-Disclosure Agreement so details about the use or the potential State Land purchaser are not readily accessible.

Jordan Rose, Founder and President of Rose Law Group, who has successfully processed hundreds of zoning cases in the Pinal County area over the last two decades commented, “What we can trust is that the State Land Department would not auction this much land unless the user and use were compatible with the area and a tremendously positive opportunity for the State and local community.”
