Museum Square apartment plans filed in Scottsdale

The developers of the $250 million Museum Square project in downtown Scottsdale have submitted updated plans with the city.

Macdonald Development Corp. wants to redevelop a former transit station site with a hotel, apartments and a community park.

Plans have been submitted with the City of Scottsdale by ARC Scottsdale Holdings LLC and architecture firm Swaback  PLLC for a new apartment building on the Museum Square site with 92 units.
