Old Town restaurant plans submitted in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a new restaurant called Peep’s.

The property is located at 4445 North Buckboard Trail near Camelback Road and Buckboard Trail.

The developer has proposed a new two-story, 3,225-square foot fast casual restaurant on the site with a rooftop patio.

It would replace an existing, older commercial building at the site.

Bar Napkin Productions submitted the plans to the city. The development plans ask for site and elevation approvals.
