Symmetry Companies, a Scottsdale-based developer of luxury, resort residential communities, sold out all but one reservation on its newest custom neighborhood — Pine Run at 567 — the day it opened at Pine Canyon, a private golf community in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The new neighborhood, known as Pine Run at 567, is the community’s final enclave offering custom homesites, which range in size from one-third acre to just shy of a full acre of land. Pine Run at 567, named for its adjacency to and views of holes 5, 6 and 7 of Pine Canyon’s Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course, offers owners a premium position within an exclusive community anchored by luxury amenities and resort-inspired hospitality.
