Gardens at Gold Canyon homes planned

A planned area development overlay zoning district is being sought for Gardens at Gold Canyon at approximately 5951 S. Kings Ranch Road to establish development standards for a 48-lot residential development on 5.22 acres.

The PAD overlay, a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning of the property are to be discussed at the 9 a.m. July 15 meeting of the Pinal County Planning and Zoning Commission. It will be held in the Pinal County Administrative Complex’s Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

Dalmead LLC is the landowner and Sanks and Associates LLC is the applicant/agent.

Single-family attached homes are planned in the senior living subdivision, according to an application for the PAD.
