Marwest fifth phase planned in Mesa

An industrial development is to be constructed on 9.9 acres west of Hawes Road on the north side of Ray Road.The property’s design and landscaping recently were recently by the Mesa Design Review Board.

Eric Zitny of Ware Malcomb is the applicant. Marwest Enterprises LLC/Santan 74 LLLP is the owner.“

This development is going to be the fifth phase of the development,” Mesa Staff Planner Kellie Rorex said during the July 13 meeting. “The site plan shows a 98,000-square-foot building with the two entryways off of Ray Road into the site.”
