COOLIDGE — Less than a year after the groundbreaking ceremony, new employees have begun moving into Nikola Motor Company’s Coolidge manufacturing plant.
The company released photos online Monday showing the staff within what appears to be a fully constructed facility.
Communications Director Nicole Rose confirmed that although no official date has been set for the grand opening, the site’s construction phase is nearly complete.
“This is truly an incredible achievement by everyone involved,” Rose said. “It’s been an eventful month of powering up the facility, commissioning the electrical equipment, closing the doors and windows, and beginning to install the manufacturing equipment.”
