PARADISE VALLEY, AZ — Demolition of the Paradise Valley mall is underway following approval and support from the community and the City of Phoenix.
The first phase of the demo includes Sears, Macy’s, and other portions of the mall. The tearing down and redevelopment of the mall will result in mixed-use development, including retail shops, Whole Foods, residential multi-family units, and self-storage. Construction for the Whole Foods, residential multi-family units, and retails spaces is expected to begin sometime this fall. The 92-acre redeveloped site will promote walkability and connectivity with pedestrian paths and common areas.
