Peoria median home price up 14% over last year

The median price of a home in Peoria went up 14.2% from March of 2020 to March of 2021, according to The Information Market.

The city’s median home price of $386,000 ranks above the median home price in Maricopa County at $360,000, the Phoenix metro area at $350,000 and the Northwest Valley at $339,000.

Peoria-based Realtor Rebecca Durfey said there has been a consistent but slight shift taking place month-over-month with respect to buyer demand and housing inventory.
