Buckeye approves rezoning for planned business park near I-10.

Buckeye City Council has approved rezoning for a planned 250,000-square-foot business park directly south of Interstate 10.

The proposed $30 million project, Buckeye Industrial, will include two flex-use industrial buildings that will be developed on about 19 acres of land near master-planned communities.
