Diamondbacks, Suns sportsbook operators reveal plans for betting locations downtown

As the date for legalized sports gambling in Arizona nears, sportsbook operators working with Arizona teams are revealing more about their plans for the facilities, which they hope will be an attraction for serious sports bettors as well as those just looking for a fun place to eat and drink.

“We are building a world-class environment with a great menu, lots of beverage options, and a two-story, indoor and outdoor building,” said Eric Hession, CFO for Caesars Entertainment, the company that has partnered with the Diamondbacks for their sportsbook.
