Land consulting company buys near KORE facility, adds properties in Buckeye

Over the last two weeks Arizona Land Consulting closed on four Buckeye properties near State Route 85 and Interstate 10, one of which is across the street from the planned KORE Power manufacturing facility. The deals totaled $17 million.

The four properties range from about 9.5 to 23 acres and could see future retail, industrial, hospitality or medical office development in Buckeye — which was the nation’s fastest growing city with nearly 80% growth to a population of more than 91,000 between 2010 and 2020, according to data released by the U.S. Census Bureau on Thursday.
