Latitude 303 Logistics breaks ground in Glendale

CBRE announced that construction started on Latitude 303 Logistics, a Class A industrial development to be built in Glendale, Arizona.

Located on about 54.82 acres at the southeast corner of the Loop 303 and Glendale Ave., the development will total 897,315 square feet when completed in the first quarter of 2022. It will cater to tenants occupying between 50,000 square feet and 742,693 square feet in the West Valley.

CBRE’s Dan Calihan, Rusty Kennedy, James Cohn and Pat Feeney will serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the project, which is being developed by McKinney Investments, Westport Capital Partners and AEW.
