At its July 14 meeting, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved parts of a Buckeye-area residential housing project.
With a unanimous approval of its Planning and Zoning consent hearing agenda, the board granted final plat to three parcels that are part of Zanjero Trails. The board approved final plat for two parcels that will be the site of more than 180 homes and a parcel to be used for infrastructure.
The developer is Diego Ortiz, of HilgartWilson, LLC.
The parcel include one that has 85 lots and 13 tracts that are part of a planned area development. The 23-acre plot is located on the southwest corner of 195th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
It’s on a county island in the Buckeye area.
