Mesa to vote on new Starbucks location

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Mesa City Council is scheduled to consider approvals for a drive-thru Starbucks location at the southwest corner of University Drive and Stapley Drive.

The item is on the Mesa council’s Aug. 30 for site plan review.

The parcel is owned by Jaswinder Singh and Surinder K. Singh, according to council documents.

There was previously a 2,550 square foot commercial building on the property. Plans called for that to be demolished for the proposed drive-thru Starbucks. The property is currently vacant.
