Senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary
Goodwill of Central Arizona
Stone has been in her current role at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona since 2016. She has volunteered on several nonprofit boards, including the Arizona Association of Corporate Counsel and the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession. She graduated from Bradley University and earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School.
Lesson learned in 2020: “People are far more irrepressible and adaptable than they realize! As long as I provide regular, clear communication on how to restructure, remain focused, and prioritize their wellness and family, my team is able to accomplish new and amazing things despite difficulty or unfamiliarity. I will develop their innate creativity even more.”
