StreetLights puts forward Scottsdale apartment plans

StreetLights Residential has submitted design plans to the City of Scottsdale for a 314-unit apartment development on 5.7 acres near Scottsdale Road and Legacy Boulevard.

The multifamily project is within the One Scottsdale development area. 

The property is currently vacant.

The complex is slated to have studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging between 530 and 1,600 square feet.

The development will have three and four-story buildings and a 503-unit parking garage, according to design plans submitted to the city.

StreetLight has also submitted landscaping and elevation plans to the city.
