Westgate Entertainment District adds 8 new tenants to lineup

By Experience AZ | AZ Big Media

Westgate Entertainment District has announced a lineup of eight new tenants to its complex in Glendale. Expanding its diverse roster of more than 70 tenants, the new occupants include a wide mix of popular restaurants and big-name corporate services.

Westgate has experienced tremendous growth within the past few years, signing several new leases and securing 100 percent occupancy of its retail spaces. New additions – like Carousel Arcade Bar, Cerealphoria, Crêpe House Café and Five Guys – have further amplified the entertainment destination and brought unique alternatives to traditional offerings.

“The West Valley is growing at a rapid rate and Westgate is right there along with it,” said Dan Dahl, director of real estate for YAM Properties. “Our team is continually searching for new opportunities to grow and bolster our roster to create an ultimate entertainment hub for people of all ages to enjoy.”
