Eric Seitz and Craig DeMarco never imagined opening a convenience store would be so fun.
The duo, along with their respective wives, have been designing, preparing and constructing a whole new take on the traditional convenience store for about two years. The concept is called Air Guitar and it will open on the corner of Ray and Higley roads in Gilbert on Sept. 9.
