The City of Phoenix is accepting bids from title and escrow companies who want to be included on the municipal list of vendors for such services.
The city’s finance department has issued a new statement of qualifications for title, escrow and title insurance service providers to submit their credentials.
Submissions are due Wednesday, Sept. 8.
The current solicitation is for title and escrow companies who will be asked to provide services to the city for real estate projects and land transactions starting Nov. 1. The procurement term runs for five years, according to city documents.
