Remodel planned for downtown Scottsdale office building

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A downtown Scottsdale office building is slated for a makeover

Plans have been filed with the City of Scottsdale for renovations including a new facade and ground floor addition at 4141 North Scottsdale Road.

The office building totals 156,000 square feet and is only 20% leased, according to design plans filed with the city.

The office building is owned by 4141 North Scottsdale LLC, according to the Maricopa Assessor’s Office.

That LLC is managed by Miami Beach-based Starwood Mortgage Funding IV and Palisades Private Capital Fund, according to Arizona Corporation records.

The renovations will improve windows and landscaping and will create a new three-story entrance and lobby to the building.

The remodeled building is slated to total 166,426 square feet, according to proposed design plans.
