By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A Scottsdale builder wants to bring a 35-home residential development to an infill parcel in Chandler.

Innovation Communities has proposed a project called Parkside at Cooper Road and Fairview Street north of the Loop 202.

The builder is proposing 35 new homes on a 4.2-acre parcel that is currently vacant and zoned for agriculture use.

The City of Chandler is being asked to rezone the parcel for Planned Area Development for single family residential use as part of its approvals of the Parkside project.

Robert Watt, Ronald Smith and Larry Miller are listed as the corporate managers of Innovation Communities at Parkside Villas LLC, according to Arizona Corporation Commission records and city documents.
