PHOENIX — A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday for a 24-story downtown Phoenix apartment tower that is projected to be open by 2023.
Located at 811 N. 3rd Street in the heart of the city’s arts district, the complex will feature 326 studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
“We are big believers in the Roosevelt Row Arts District and are very excited to bring a high-quality living environment into this exciting district,” Brendan Morrow, chief development officer for developer Lincoln Ventures, said in a press release.
“We are eager to partner with local artists on artwork and murals for the building, further weaving our building into the fabric of the district.”
The building will include various amenities such as a ground floor coffee-to-cocktails concept, a fitness studio with a yoga and meditation room, spin studio, saunas, and co-working and conference spaces with a business lounge.
