Old Town restaurant redevelopment includes murals, ‘tequila sculptures’

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been filed in Scottsdale for redevelopment of an Old Town site for a new restaurant and three-story commercial building.

Equity Partners LLC (Shawn Yari) owns the 0.37-acre property at 7343 East Camelback Road.

The property is home to an older commercial building. The redevelopment is called the Fiesta restaurant and bar.

The city is being asked for site and landscape plans approvals.

Yari has redevelopment plans for other properties in Old Town’s Entertainment District.

The commercial and restaurant space will have “murals, 3-story high tequila walls, tequila sculptures, and green vegetation walls”, according to plans filed with the city.

Stockdale Capital Partners (Shawn Yari and Steven Yari) also own the Scottsdale Galleria, the Marquee and other properties in Scottsdale.
