Phoenix developer reveals plans for Tempe office renovation

The Phoenix-based developer behind some major office renovations across the Valley has ambitious plans for the renovation of an office complex on Mill Avenue in Tempe.

George Oliver purchased the complex, known as Hayden Station, in April for $26.15 million and is planning to invest more than $18 million in the renovation and rebrand of the development, which is being renamed Arbor.
