Scottsdale plastic surgeon proposed medical development

Dr. Bryan Gawley owns the 3.2-acre vant property at 16990 N. 91st Street near Bell Road.

TriArc Architecture & Design has submitted plans with the City of Scottsdale for a 30,000-square-foot medical complex with a pair of two-story buildings.

One of the buildings will be a surgery center, according to plans filed with the city.

The project is called the Gawley Center with BGH Investments (Bryan Gawley) listed as the owner of the property, according to county and state records.

The city is being asked for site plans approval for the medical development.
