The Mangat Group breaks ground on new Peoria self-storage

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Glendale-based land development company, The Mangat Group, has partnered with Aberdeen Management & Development to build and operate the next Arizona Self Storage facility in Peoria. The groundbreaking was October 20.

The new 122,000-square-foot facility will be located on the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Olive Avenue. Tony Mangat, founder of The Mangat Group, is the landowner and part owner of the new facility, making this his first array into the storage industry.
